We Hit 100 Followers — Meet AI Workflow Solutions Giveaway Winner Dan Sheler

AI Workflow Solutions celebrates 100 followers and announces the first AI Factory strategy-session giveaway winner.
The first 100 followers helped turn an experiment in practical AI into something much larger.
AI Workflow Solutions Milestone

100 Followers, One Winner, and the AI Factory Is Just Getting Started

AI Workflow Solutions, LLC has officially reached its first 100 followers. To celebrate, we are bringing one member of that original community directly inside the AI Factory.

By AI Workflow Solutions, LLC | Practical AI • Automation • Workflow Engineering

There are milestones that look small on paper but feel considerably bigger when you are building something from scratch.

This is one of them.

AI Workflow Solutions, LLC has officially crossed 100 followers.

That means 100 people decided that what we are building here was worth watching: practical AI, automation, better workflows, creative tools, local technology, and the ongoing experiment of figuring out what happens when artificial intelligence stops being something we merely talk to and becomes something we actually put to work.

For a global technology company, 100 followers would barely register.

For a business being built one experiment, one workflow, one conversation, and one successful idea at a time?

It matters.

Things Left to Build

From an Idea to an AI Factory

AI Workflow Solutions did not begin with a grand corporate master plan.

It started with a much simpler question.

The Question What happens when we stop treating AI like a fancy search box and actually put it to work?

That question has gradually turned into something much larger.

We have been building systems that can research, organize information, create content, assist with decisions, generate images and media, connect software tools, manage repetitive work, automate publishing, and turn complicated multi-step processes into repeatable workflows.

Some of those systems are simple.

Others have grown into complete workflows made from specialized AI skills, reusable prompts, automation, local software, cloud services, GitHub projects, content-production pipelines, and AI agents working together.

But the most important part is not the technology.

The important part is what happens after the technology starts doing the boring work.

You get time back.

That is the part of AI that interests us most.

Not replacing people.

Not adding another subscription simply because an AI logo has been attached to it.

Not chasing whatever product happens to be trending this week.

Find the work that wastes time, understand why it wastes time, and build a better way to do it.

And Our First Giveaway Winner Is…

To celebrate reaching 100 followers, we promised to randomly select one follower for a free one-hour AI Workflow Solutions strategy session.

AI Workflow Solutions Giveaway Winner
DAN SHELER
One hour inside the AI Factory.

Dan, congratulations.

You have officially earned yourself one hour inside the AI Factory.

And this is not going to be an hour of sitting around watching AI tricks.

We are going to work.

What We’re Going to Do With Dan’s Hour

The session starts with Dan, not with AI.

We will look at what he actually does during a normal day: what takes too long, what gets repeated, where information gets lost, which tasks require jumping between multiple apps, what creates unnecessary friction, and what keeps getting pushed to tomorrow because there simply is not enough time.

Only then do we decide where AI belongs.

1
Understand the real work
Identify the tasks, bottlenecks, repetitive steps, frustrations, and wasted time.
2
Find the highest-value opportunity
Determine where AI or automation could actually produce a meaningful improvement.
3
Choose the smallest smart solution
A prompt, skill, automation, local tool, application, or connected workflow — whatever fits the problem.
4
Create a practical next step
Leave with something actionable rather than another pile of AI recommendations.

Depending on what we discover, the solution could be a better ChatGPT workflow, a reusable AI skill, an automated process, a research system, a content pipeline, a local AI tool, a custom application, or simply a smarter way of doing something Dan already does.

The goal is not to cram as much artificial intelligence as possible into his life.

The goal is to find the highest-value place to use it first.

Dan Will Leave With:

  • A workflow assessment focused on where his time is actually going.
  • A practical AI strategy based on his real needs rather than generic recommendations.
  • Specific tools, workflows, or automations worth testing.
  • Clear answers to his AI questions without unnecessary jargon.
  • A prioritized next-step plan that can be acted on immediately.

And if we discover something during that hour that deserves to become a larger project, we will know exactly where to start.

This Is What AI Workflow Solutions Is Really About

The giveaway is fun.

But it also gives us an opportunity to demonstrate what this company is actually being built to do.

Millions of people are hearing about AI every day.

The Technology

AI agents, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, local models, APIs, MCP, image generators, coding assistants, voice tools, automation platforms, and an endless stream of new products.

The Actual Problem

Most people do not need another list of tools. They need help figuring out which piece of this technology is useful for the work they actually do.

The Real Question What the hell am I actually supposed to do with all of this?

That is the gap AI Workflow Solutions is being built to fill.

We do not want to hand someone a list of 25 AI tools.

We want to understand the problem first.

Then we find the smallest, smartest system that solves it.

Sometimes the Solution Is Simple

Maybe it is one carefully designed prompt.

Maybe it is an automation.

Maybe it is a specialized AI skill that can be reused every week.

Maybe several tools need to be connected.

Maybe the best solution runs locally on your own computer.

Maybe something new needs to be built.

And sometimes the correct answer is:

You do not need AI for that at all.

We Build the Workflow, Not Just the Prompt

One of the biggest lessons from building our own AI Factory has been that the real power comes from repeatability.

A good AI answer is useful once.

A good workflow keeps being useful.

That has pushed our work increasingly toward reusable systems: specialized skills, structured prompts, publishing workflows, research processes, automation, tool integrations, AI-assisted production, and systems where completing one stage automatically prepares the next.

The question is no longer simply, “Can AI do this?”

It is becoming:
“How do we make AI do this reliably every time?”

That is a very different problem.

And that is where things start getting interesting.

The First 100 Are Different

To the Original Community

You did not follow something that already had thousands of people validating it.

You were here while we were still building.

Testing things.

Breaking things.

Fixing things.

Changing direction.

Finding better tools.

Building our own tools when existing ones were not good enough.

And slowly figuring out what AI Workflow Solutions is going to become.

That makes these first 100 followers different.

You are the original community.

And we do not intend to forget that as this grows.

Dan Goes First. He Won’t Be the Last.

Dan gets the first giveaway session.

But this will not be the last time we do something like this.

There will be more experiments.

More giveaways.

More demonstrations.

More tools.

More workflows.

More things built in public.

And probably quite a few ideas that sound slightly ridiculous right up until they start working.

That has been part of the fun from the beginning.

Congratulations again to Dan Sheler, and thank you to every person who helped push AI Workflow Solutions past its first 100 followers.

The first hundred got us here.

Now we find out where we can take this.
