MRI Calm — Week 04 • Day 05

Three low-stimulation ambient tracks: Quiet Lattice, Even Hours, and Quiet Continuation.

About the MRI Calm Project

MRI Calm is a structured 90-track ambient library designed for MRI environments and other low-stimulation settings. Every track follows the same guardrails: 60–80 BPM pacing, no percussion, no vocals, consonant harmony, and stable dynamics.

The goal isn’t entertainment. The goal is predictability—music that stays out of the way and helps the room feel less sharp.

Music is supportive, not medical treatment. Follow your care team’s guidance.

Track 01 — Quiet Lattice

Steady Predictable Soft teal space No percussion

A calm, structured ambient bed that stays steady without turning into a “pulse.” Minimal harmonic movement, stable loudness, and soft edges for long listening.

Track 02 — Even Hours

Long listening Even pacing Warm pads Low stimulation

Designed for the “middle miles”: wide, warm harmonic space with slow changes and stable dynamics. Nothing sharp, nothing sudden—just even time passing quietly.

Track 03 — Quiet Continuation

Gentle Stable dynamics No sparkle spikes Continuous
Missing image: Paste the Blogger image block for Track 03 here (same format as Tracks 01 and 02).

A calm carry-forward track intended to keep continuity without a “big ending.” Soft texture, slow harmony, and a clean, stable finish.

Disclaimer: MRI Calm is a supportive listening experience. It is not a medical treatment and should not replace professional medical care.
