MRI Calm — Day 04
```
MRI Calm Week 02 · Day 04
Held Center · Steady Middle · Soft Continuation
Day 04 continues the Week 02 arc by reducing effort and removing internal checkpoints. These three movements are designed to feel supported, unhurried, and uninterrupted.
Day 04 focus: Stay centered without holding tension. No build, no release — just continuation.
```

What Day 04 Is

Day 04 is designed to remove the feeling of "progress" entirely. There is no arrival point, no reset, and no signal to pay attention. The music stays present, even, and supportive from start to finish.

The Three Movements

  • Held Center
    A stable opening that gently anchors attention without asking for focus.
  • Steady Middle
    The longest, most even section — designed to disappear into time.
  • Soft Continuation
    No ending cue. No resolution. Just a smooth handoff forward.

This structure works well in MRI environments, waiting rooms, and any situation where time perception needs to flatten rather than advance.
