Day four is not about beginning or ending anything. It’s about staying.

By this point in a long scan—or a long shift—the body usually stops negotiating. Not tense. Not fully relaxed. Just held.

Day 04 is designed for that exact state. Nothing here asks for attention. Nothing pushes forward. The music exists to support the space you’re already in.

Track 1 — Held Center

Held Center is the anchor. There’s no sense of motion and no suggestion of progress. The sound remains close and steady, designed to feel supportive rather than directional.

If breathing slows here, it’s not something you did. It’s simply what happens when nothing is asking anything of you.

Soft Continuation does not signal an ending. It gently thins the sound so the transition out of stillness doesn’t create a spike.

Whether the scan ends, the shift changes, or the room simply gets quieter, this track allows the calm to carry forward instead of stopping abruptly.
