🍽️ Elm Street Brewing – Muncie, IN
We recently visited Elm Street Brewing in Muncie, Indiana, and it was a delightful experience.  Kellie opted for the Pulled Pork Sandwich—a flavorful combination of house-smoked pork, homemade pimento cheese, slaw, pickles, and Coca-Cola BBQ sauce, all nestled in a brioche bun.  I chose the 1 lb Smoked Traditional Wings, which are smoked daily and flash-fried to order.  I went with a mix of Thai Sweet Chili and BBQ sauces, accompanied by ranch dressing. 
To complement the meal, I enjoyed a pint of the Muncigan Farmhouse Ale – Saison, a collaborative brew with Big Lug, Shorts, and Hop Head Farms.  This 6% ABV, 39 IBU ale offers a crisp and refreshing taste, making it a perfect pairing with the bold flavors of our dishes.

Just a short 0.2-mile stroll from Elm Street Brewing lies the Cardinal Greenway, Indiana’s longest rail-trail, stretching over 62 miles from Marion through Muncie to Richmond  . This paved trail offers a serene escape for walkers, cyclists, and nature enthusiasts, weaving through picturesque landscapes and historic sites. 
A notable highlight along the trail is the Wysor Street Depot, a restored 1901 train station now serving as the Cardinal Greenway’s visitor center and headquarters  . The depot not only provides trail information but also stands as a testament to Muncie's rich railroad history.
